Waterloo Makes Music: Refresh Collective with Dee Jay Doc and Friends

The March Waterloo Makes Music show will be a pre-release concert for Dee Jay Doc's' album "Trust Belt City." Hear songs and stories of a hip-hop artist's journey to make community change in the city he loves. These songs emerged from an artistic life dedicated to seeing Cleveland youth reach their full potential and become leaders to make Cleveland strong, vibrant and at the forefront of hip-hop innovation.
