11:30am Traditional Polish Lunch —PACC, 6501 Lansing Avenue, 1:30pm Grand Constitution Day Parade through Slavic Village, starts at E. 50th & Fleet Avenue to East 65th and Lansing Avenue. Ends at the Polish American Cultural Center (PACC) 3:30pm Entertainment: Cleveland’s Polish Schools & Dance Groups—PACC 6501 Lansing Avenue. Cleveland’s Terminal Tower will be lit Red and White White in celebration of Polish Constitution Day.
