Urban Art

Local art collectors and patrons, John Farina and Adam Tully, started up the Maria Nell Art Project in 2012 with the hopes of putting artwork in what they refer to as “nontraditional spaces.” They’ve just moved their gallery into the Collinwood neighborhood and tonight at 6 their latest exhibit, a collection of the urban-themed paintings and drawings by local Michelangelo Lovelace, opens with a reception that’s part of the monthly “Walk All Over Waterloo” event. Some of Lovelace's work will be on display for the first time ever. (Niesel)
