The Audience

At 7 p.m. today and at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Cedar Lee Theater will screen the National Theater’s encore presentation of The Audience, an opera which stars Helen Mirren as Elizabeth II. The plot chronicles a series of pivotal Buckingham Palace meetings between the queen and the country’s prime ministers. The performance comes from London’s Gielgud Theatre as part of the National Theatre Live. Tickets are $20. (Jeff Niesel)
