Peggy Spaeth, former director of Heights Arts, will give a slide show and behind-the-scenes talk about both permanent and temporary public art installations in the City of Cleveland Heights during the past 15 years on Thursday night in Heights Arts' newly renovated gallery, followed by a separate bike tour on Saturday, August 22 at 10:00 am.
