Sushi 101 Culinary Class

Remington College invites guests to discover the art of making sushi in this hands-on culinary class! During the class, attendees will learn the basics of making sushi from scratch while focusing on the balance of flavors and techniques. Participants will learn how to prepare sushi rice, select ingredients, and roll classic sushi rolls. By the end of the class, students will have a better understanding of the ingredients and techniques that bring this beloved dish together. The last day to register for the class is April 15.
