Flying Fig in Ohio City will host a very special six-course wine dinner tonight. It will feature seasonal dishes paired with wines selected by guest David Shiverick of Langdon Shiverick Imports. Highlights include adobe-spiced fried chicken paired with a Cremant de Bourgogne Brut NV. Also, halibut with olive-coriander relish is being served with a 2011 Chateau Revelette Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Priced at $70 per person, this food-forward event is a can't miss.
