Led by our expert Culinary Department Chair and Chef, these sessions offer a fun way to build kitchen skills, meet fellow food lovers, and enjoy the delicious dishes you create. Learn to make homemade roasted butternut squash ravioli with a velvety hazelnut cream sauce, plus a vegetarian version filled with roasted squash and blue cheese.
