Regionalism: What is it? Westshore Council of Governments

The Bay Village, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Lakewood and Westlake/North Olmsted Chapters of the League of Women Voters- Cuyahoga Area are sponsoring an education forums on regionalization/collaboration. The forum speakers, members of the Westshore Council of Government (WCOG), are Lakewood Mayor Mike Summers, Westlake Mayor Dennis Clough, and WCOG finance officer Steve Presley. Mr. Presley will discuss the operation of WCOG, Mayor Clough will discuss the history and background of WCOG, and both Mayor Clough and Mayor Summers will discuss current issues and collaborations of the WCOG. Audience questions are encouraged after the speakers’ comments.
