No Surf Fest

No Surf Fest is a free outdoor music festival at Halloran Park on Cleveland's West Side. The 2026 lineup features The Labra Brothers, Black Voltron, Nikki D & the Sisters of Thunder, Ray Flanagan, and Da Land Brass Band — five Ohio acts delivering a packed afternoon of live music. The festival also features educational workshops led by the performing musicians, live paintings by local visual artists, kids' activities, food trucks, local vendors, and a beer garden. Free and open to the public. No tickets required.
