Meet Me At Oak Street

Oak Street Health, a primary care network that serves patients on Medicare, is throwing a party on August 18th at the Front Stage Theatre Multiplex to celebrate the reopening of its Glenville community room where patients can take weekly exercise classes, connect with friends and enjoy other recreational activities. Open to all: come enjoy live music, food + local vendors! Attendees will also have the chance to learn about Oak Street Health’s offerings and services for Medicare patients.
