Joss Stone: After signing her first record deal at the age of 15, UK singer-songwriter Joss Stone has continued to redefine her generation's take on soul music. The Brit and Grammy Award winner became infatuated with soul music at an early age and was influenced by Aretha Franklin and Dusty Springfield. Determined to follow in the footsteps of her idols, she kicked off her career with 2003's The Soul Sessions, achieving triple platinum status in the UK and gold certification by the RIAA . Her current tour marks the 20th anniversary of that album's release.
