Consume & Conserve Fall 2019 Friendraiser

Faced with predators, a loss of habitat, poaching and other threats, spotted turtles are increasingly difficult to find. You can learn a little about conservation efforts in Northeast Ohio and support work to boost the number of these attractive little turtles in quite a simple way—consume and conserve. Dinner from La Plaza Taqueria will be for purchase, along with Terrestrial’s I’m Still Saving the Turtles IPA brewed in partnership with the Splash Fund of the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. (10% of this specialty brew’s sales is donated to support the Splash Fund’s spotted turtle monitoring and headstarting efforts.)
