Consume and Conserve After Work Launch

Declining water quality, loss of wetlands habitat, natural predators and illegal poaching have led to a decline in spotted turtles in Northeast Ohio. Recently, the Greater Cleveland Aquarium joined SPOTD, a collection of regional environmental and educational agencies focused on boosting this native species' numbers in the wild. Last year, Terrestrial Brewing Company decided to help out by donating proceeds from the sale of a special brew to the cause. This year, Terrestrial Brewing Company will tap its latest libation, I Am Still Saving the Turtles Pale Ale, today from 5 to 8 p.m. If you can't make the release party, no worries. The pale ale will remain on tap at Terrestrial Brewing Company throughout spring and summer. (Niesel)
