A woodwind quintet composed of musicians with “a special connection” to Kent State University’s School of Music, Black Squirrel Winds will play the music of Franz Danzi and Darius Milhaud tonight at 7 as part of Cain Park’s free Chamber Music series. The group will also perform the Poulenc Sextet for Piano and Woodwind Quintet with Cleveland Heights-based pianist Elizabeth DeMio. Arrive early for a wine tasting in the Alma Courtyard from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Those tickets are $10. (Niesel)
