This workshop is a great build off of the foundations of yoga workshop or your daily yoga practices. We will focus on Aparigraha (non attachment) a branch of the first limb of yoga. Allowing our bodies to flow in and out of balancing poses, not attaching our minds to any ideals or expectations. With this in mind, we will explore the muscles and alignment associated with each balancing posture. You're stronger than you think!
