Asylum Burlesque: Glitterally Insane!

Local burlesque dancer Ms. Fever Blister promises that Asylum Burlesque: Glitterally Insane, a special Halloween-themed show that takes place tonight at 10 at the 5 O'Clock Lounge, will be "the most disturbing show you'll see this Halloween season." Acts such as Lakota Shekhar, Batty Von Bleu, Rubina Mamelons and Carmen M'Knoxide are scheduled to perform. Resident psychiatrist Dr. Rage hosts. Ms. Blister boasts that there will be "loud noises, fog, strobe lighting, video, fake blood and sideshow techniques." Reserved tickets cost $15; standing-room-only tickets are $10. (Niesel)
