All the Natalie Portman’s follows Keyonna, a queer Black teenager in Northeast D.C., who escapes the grief and silence of her home by disappearing into the films of Natalie Portman. Natalie becomes her imagined confidant, first love, and mirror, while her brother Samuel drifts away, her friend Chantel teases possibility, and her mother struggles under the weight of her own brokenness. Funny, raw, and deeply moving, the play explores grief, desire, and selfhood in a world where fantasy collides with reality.
