Waterloo Makes Music: Total Downer, Public Squares and Jake Sprecher

Waterloo Makes Music, presented by Cleveland Rocks: PPF, is a free concert series on Waterloo as a gift to all the music lovers in the community, and a celebration of Cleveland’s amazing musical legacy. Cleveland-based power-pop band Total Downer unleashes a combination of anthemic celebrations and cathartic yelling, juxtaposing thankfulness and grief for the people they love. Classified as Heavy New Wave, if you’ve ever wondered what early Cure or Psychedelic Furs might sound like if they were somehow fused with Black Sabbath or Black Flag, Public Squares just might be the answer.
