Waterloo Makes Music is a free concert series, presented by Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present, Future, showcasing acts from the Cleveland music scene at various locations in the Waterloo Arts & Entertainment District. Shakē Ground - Reggae. Rebel. Music! The band formerly known as Outlaws I&I is back and bringing the roots! Elijah Gilmore, a rising star in the jazz scene, brings a unique Afrobeat flair to the music industry. Notably, he served as the lead percussionist for the Empress of Soul, Gladys Knight, and toured extensively with Joe McBride of Heads UP Records. Supported by CAC.
