Water Lantern Festival

The event, held at Voinovich Park today, invites attendees to write positive messages on rice paper lanterns before sending them off into the water. Each ticket comes with a wristband for entry into the festival area with access to food trucks, a floating lantern kit, a LED candle, a commemorative drawstring bag and a marker.
