Water Lantern Festival

The event, held at Voinovich Park today from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m., invites attendees to write positive messages on rice paper lanterns before sending them off into the water. Each ticket comes with a wristband for entry into the festival area with access to food trucks, a floating lantern kit, a LED candle, a commemorative drawstring bag and a marker.
