Local promoter Tru Events welcomes Detroit native Kenneth Thomas to headline tonight’s 2014 Holiday Mixer at Liquid. He’ll spin along with Eric Evasion, Dominic Parisi, Evan Evolution and Donkis & Mimo. The event doubles as an Ugly Sweater Party and the ugliest sweater wins $500 — the winner will be announced at midnight. Free food will be served from 8 to 10 p.m. (Niesel)
