The Towpath Marathon is a classic fall race that starts in the new Canal Basin Park on the east bank of The Flats in downtown Cleveland and continues along the Towpath Trail. The race includes a 10k, half marathon and a Boston qualifier certified marathon course. Virtual races are also available for those who can’t join us on the day of the race.
All Towpath Trilogy races benefit the non-profit Canalway Partners. Participation directly supports the development of the Towpath Trail, Canal Basin Park, and dozens of projects within the Ohio & Erie Canalway National Heritage Area.
