Coming out of El Monte, CA, a sleepy suburban town just east of Los Angeles, the Red Pears draw from both indie rock and the Latin-tinged sounds of their childhoods. On tour in support of their fourth album, The Strokes-inspired Better Late Than Never, the group plays Mahall's 20 Lanes in Lakewood.
