The 2018 Akron Craft Beer Festival

Every year for the Akron Craft Beer Festival, a brewery crafts a special beer named after Loretta the Macaw, the Akron Civic Theatre's mascot from 1929. This year's special brew — an original recipe — comes from Seven Seas. In addition to being able to sample that special beer, fans who attend this year's event can try out Za'Spresso, a coffee crafted by guitarist Neil Zaza and the crew at DogFish Head. (The coffee beans are infused with Bitches Brew.) The festival starts at 8 tonight at the Akron Civic Theatre. Tickets are $40.
