Taste Latino

This year, the Centers for Families and Children's annual Taste Latino fundraiser has moved to bigger quarters at Merwin's Wharf. It takes place tonight from 6 to 9. There will be live music and food, and guests will have the chance to win a Cleveland-themed staycation. Tickets are $75 per person and include complimentary parking and an open bar. Awards will be presented to outstanding supporters of El Barrio Workforce Development program; and retiring director Ingrid Angel will also be honored for her vision and leadership. Proceeds support the Centers' El Barrio Workforce Development Program that helps more than 1,500 unemployed and underemployed individuals obtain employment. (Niesel)
