Takin' it to the Clubs

As bad press highlights every negative aspect of the once great city of Detroit, it’s nice to see that some hometown entertainers still include the Motor City as a tour stop. Sinbad even chose to film his latest special, Sinbad: Make Me Wanna Holla, in Detroit. After the film had a brief run in theaters earlier this year, Sinbad is back playing the clubs; he performed at Hilarities at the end of last year. And tonight he's at the Tangier at 7 and 9 p.m. Tickets are $35 to $60. (Niesel)
