A benefit supporting Neighborhood Family Practice and honoring Denise San Antonio Zeman, Retired President & CEO, Saint Luke's Foundation. The evening will include dinner, beer, wine, entertainment, and live music by The Sunrise Jones Band. Neighborhood Family Practice is a non-profit, federally qualified community health center dedicated to partnering with the community for everyone’s best health. The vision of NFP is to provide service regardless of ability to pay; provide treatment with compassion, dignity and respect; protect confidentiality; and offer culturally sensitive services and community outreach.
