Shucking Around

Every October, people in Northeast Ohio go ga-ga for clambakes. But what about oysters? They're delectable too. Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. at Tyler Village, oysters get their due at Shuck Yeah, Cleveland!, an event that features oysters, drinks and music. Catanese Classic Seafood will provide some of the best oysters from up and down both coasts. The partners in shucking are CLE On the Half Shell, Clevelandʼs premier oyster shucking service. The Smokinʼ Fez Monkeys and Queequeg will perform. Tickets start at $5 for general admission. For $25, you get 20 oysters and a drink ticket. Proceeds go to the Friends of Breakthrough Schools.
