Piggy Stardust and the Flavors from Mars

Piggy Stardust and the Flavors from Mars is the creative name that organizers have given to this themed meal from Emerging Chefs, a group whose goal is to put a spotlight on Cleveland’s up-and-coming culinary masters. Tonight’s meal at the Beachland Ballroom will combine ’70s glam rock with equally star-studded food from chefs Brian Doyle and Brian Rosander. Locals Vanity Crash will perform in-your-face glam rock reminiscent of David Bowie and T. Rex while you chow down. (William Hoffman)
