Parade the Circle
The theme for this annual event will center on "magical allure: a vibration celebration of the snowy owl." Expect to see innovative costumes and giant puppets make the trek around Wade Oval. The parade kicks off at noon at the north entrance of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Admission is free.
