Noelle Choy: Adventurers

In Adventurers, Noelle Choy presents new and ongoing works that explore biographical fiction through precarious materials and their ability to hold fragmented experiences and emotional histories imperfectly in objects and space. Blurring the boundaries between memory, narrative, and material, the exhibition considers how people, conversations, and everyday objects carry emotional residue and shape the ways we remember. By reexamining the preciousness of objecthood, the works retain the uncertain language of models, allowing memory, intimacy, and imagination to take material form.
