Motion City Soundtrack

Motion City Soundtrack, an indie rock act that formed in Minneapolis in 1997, has released six studio albums to date, and the current tour finds the band playing tunes from all six of the albums. The group's most recent effort, 2015's Panic Stations, shows off the band's sharp pop-punk sensibilities. Driven by a thick bass riff and some old school sounding synths, "Anything At All" possesses a real sense of urgency and "I Can Feel You" shows off the band's softer side. During the dead of winter when few acts come to Cleveland, this show stands to be one of the month's better gigs. (Jeff Niesel)
