Meet Me At Oak Street

Oak Street Health, a primary care network that serves patients on Medicare, is throwing a party on August 12th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM ET at its Morgana Park center (6410 Broadway Ave, Cleveland) to celebrate the reopening of its community room where patients can take weekly exercise classes, connect with friends and enjoy other recreational activities. Here’s what you can expect: a food truck, a live blues band, chair yoga at 5:30 pm, ribbon cutting at 6:15pm (Anthony Brancatelli, the Ward 12 Councilman will be present), and individual patient testimonials at 6:30pm.
