Make We Joy: A Medieval Twelfth Night Festival

Join us for a musical journey through the English Yuletide season, from Advent through Twelfth Night, from Gabriel’s Annunciation to the arrival of the Magi. Along the way, we present a veritable feast of musical selections from the 13th through the 16th centuries, including chant, carols, drinking songs, and courtly love songs. This joyous sojourn blends the voices and instruments of Trobár’s members with those of guest artists Allen Otte, Debra Nagy and Sian Ricketts. In collaboration with Yorecraeft Productions, our festive atmosphere will be enlivened with Medieval-themed games, dances, and food. Costumes admired but not required!
