Locals Only

Now in its second year, Rock City Fest is a two-day local music concert and festival centered on the release of a compilation of local bands. Recorded locally, the album features many of the bands scheduled to play at the festival, which takes place at the Quaker Steak & Lube in Sheffield. Today's acts include the power pop group Dan Miraldi & the Albino Winos and classic rockers Midlife Chryslers (a band that features local hero Michael Stanley). Saturday's highlights include indie rockers Welshly Arms and indie funksters the Floorwalkers. (Jeff Niesel)
