Join our office and the Cleveland community in our free online 12-week program that'll give you resources to eat healthy even on a SNAP budget, exercise from home, and have the chance to win weekly prizes! The program starts April 16 and will last until the week of July 2nd. All of the weekly resources are provided by our office, community members, or other experts.The program is completely free and open to everyone. Each participant is eligible to receive a step tracker. Join us in a journey to a healthy lifestyle!
