Lenten Fish Fry-Days

Fish Fry-Days at Prosperity Social Club return. The Tremont pub’s end-of-week Lenten specials have been featured on many “Best of” lists as well as the Travel Channel. Hand-dipped and homemade, there’s nothing pre-packaged about these seasonal staples. The Big Fish includes four pieces of flaky, beer battered haddock with crunchy slaw, rich mac-and-cheese, zesty tartar, and lemon. For those hungering for more, Prosperity’s hearty Gotta Haddock meal includes all the generous fixings of the Big Fish, but is accompanied by a cup of creamy, scratch-made clam chowder and two pillowy pierogi with caramelized onions and sour cream.
