Kinsman Dazz Band CD Release

The Cleveland-based R&B group Kinsman Dazz Band has a long history of churning out hits. It worked with Earth, Wind & Fire’s Philip Bailey on its first album, 1978’s Kinsman Dazz. The group even inked a deal with Motown for a minute. After thirtysomething years, it continues to soldier on. Its new album, Keepin’ It Live, features a number of collaborations as the band works with Jah Messengers, the Krypton Monkeys and Beeloyd Taylor. The group celebrates its release tonight with a special show at Vosh. (Niesel)
