Kastle/Druid Cloak/Thunder St. Clair

When people hear the word “dubstep,” the first thought that comes to mind is Skrillex, or the stereotypical notion that the music sounds like a blender being auto-tuned. But Kastle has made his productions break away from that expectation. The San Francisco-based producer has remixed songs from R&B singers Frank Ocean and JMSN and incorporates heavy amounts of R&B influence in the dubstep he makes, so much that there may in fact be more R&B than dubstep to his sound.
