Interview with Dead Boys’ Cheetah Chrome & Johnny Blitz

We’ll start at 7pm with an interview with Cheetah Chrome and Johnny Blitz (of the Dead Boys) and photographer Dave Treat. We’ll discuss Dave’s photographs of Stiv Bators and the Dead Boys (which he will donate and which are featured in a new book) as well as the band’s early years leading up to their debut record, Young Loud and Snotty, which will celebrate its 40th anniversary in October. The interview will be followed by a book-and-CD-signing, starting around 8:30pm, in the L&A reading room. We'll follow that by moving the crowd back into the Black Box Theater to watch
