Hot Carl's 11th Annual Turkey Jam

For more than a decade now, local comedian Hot Carl has hosted an annual Thanksgiving night comedy show designed to provide a good excuse for folks who need to get away from the family and leave the house for a minute. Hot Carl always performs, and this year's guests include local comedians Brett Thomas, James E. Brassfield, Jimmie Graham, Martin Malloy, Dan Alton and Mike Farrell. The show starts at 9 p.m. at the Winchester Music Tavern in Lakewood, and tickets go for $5. (Niesel)
