Horseshoe Casino's Grand Opening

Odds are, downtown’s long-awaited Horsehoe Casino will open to the public tonight at 9:30 p.m. Besides giving you first crack at the slot machines, gaming tables, food court, gift shop, and 400-seat buffet, the opening also could provide a chance to get to know your fellow gamblers a little better: Management expects as many as 5,000 people to line up on the Prospect Avenue sidewalk beginning at 11 a.m. We’ll bet you can learn more on the casino’s Facebook page or website.
