Hop College: Pairing Food and Beer

Learn all about complementing your favorite dishes with the right beer style the Great Lakes way. In Pairing Food & Beer, Cicerone-certified GLBC staff will show you what makes a great beer and food pairing during a fun (and flavorful!) lesson. Joining us will be chef Dan Racco, who will lead a guided food tasting with one of his carefully crafted dishes. There won’t be any textbooks, but we will have plenty of beer samples and small bites from the brewpub to help enhance your learning.
