HATE CRIMES IN THE HEARTLAND: NORTHEAST OHIO PREMIERE

Join us on Martin Luther King Jr. Day for a special screening of Hate Crimes in the Heartland, a groundbreaking documentary exploring our national conversation on race. The film reveals the extremes of racial tension through the lens of two distinct hate crimes that took place in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1921 and 2012. Following the screening, a panel of local religious, civic and activist leaders will join the film’s producer and writer for a discussion about ways in which we can unite as a community and a nation through healing and understanding.
