Halestorm/Redlight King/Stars in Stereo

Arejay and Lzzy Hale formed Halestorm way back in 1997 when they were still in their teens. In fact, their dad initially served as both their chaperone and bassist. Shortly after forming, the Hale siblings added guitarist Joe Hottinger and then bassist Josh Smith. Last year's The Strange Case Of ... includes a broad balance of hard rock anthems and poppier ballads. The band's new EP, Reanimate 2.0, is a collection of covers that includes a heavy metal rendition of Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" and a faithful cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Gold Dust Woman." This hard-rocking band always puts Cleveland on its tour schedule. Should be a good show. (Niesel)
