"Hairspray" at LCCC

Lorain Community Music Theater presents the Tony Award-winning musical 'HAIRSPRAY' July 27 through August 5, 2012 at the Stocker Arts Center of Lorain County Community College. 'HAIRSPRAY' will sweep you away with 1960's-style dance music and 'downtown' rhythm and blues as plump heroine Tracy Turnblad competes for a dance spot on The Corny Collins Show. When she wins a role on the show, she becomes a celebrity overnight and launches a campaign to integrate the show. With its upbeat tempos in song and dance, 'HAIRSPRAY' is fun for the whole family!
