Gory at the Quarry

Nelson Ledges Quarry Park’s annual Halloween bash, Gory at the Quarry, promises to will feature “non-stop fun” that includes a costume contest, a chili cook-off, bonfires and apple bobbing, The Ohio Burn Unit and bands such as Vibe & Direct, John Welton and the Awakening, Jimiller Band, Ball-n-Chain, Wanyama and The John Mullins Band will perform. Admission is $60 for Friday through Sunday, or $45 for Saturday through Sunday. There is no extra charge for camping. (Niesel)
