From Havana to Cleveland — A Life in Music Told Through Sound, Memory, and Images

Violinist Emilio Llinás, who spent more than five decades with the Cleveland Orchestra, and pianist Halida Dinova, a graduate of the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg, team up for this special concert at Cleveland Museum of Art that'll feature rare archival photographs from Llinás’s personal collection. The concert is part of an independent cultural initiative developed through The Stars of Summer Masters and Domus Virtuosa, projects dedicated to "creating intimate musical experiences that combine performance with storytelling and visual narrative." The event begins at 7 p.m.
